The Vitamin D3 scam
I have been supplementing vitamin D3 during the winter but recently I learned something interesting about this "vitamin". Have a look:
These are long and detailed articles but I found them very interesting.
General doctors recommend vitamin D3 for general health and I have
not really observed that while using it. I believe also that dentists have it backwards.
They recommend fluoride which makes teeth brittle and results in bigger and more profitable repairs.
However I do think that even synthetic vitamin D3 has
a positive effect on teeth. This is what I personally observed. I used to have occasional toothache especially between March and June and that seems to have stopped once I started to take vitamin D3 tablets during the winter. In other words I believe that there is some benefit to taking vitamin D3 and it is for good tooth health but I am now considering natural alternatives such as cod liver oil.
This summer I have done an interesting experiment related to the above topic. I eliminated seed oils from my diet and I did
not use any sunscreen at all. In July/August I would wear a hat and a long shirt if I am out
for the whole day but normally I would not use any protection at all. If I am working
in the garden for a few hours then I would have no protection. I am feeling great
and I had zero sunburns. It's seed oils that cause our skin to burn! Get rid of seed oils. I use
now just beef tallow, gee and olive oil.
